Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking an Industrial Trainee - Maintenance 4 to learn hands-on in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will support maintenance engineers, work on wet etch and cleaning processes, and contribute to daily operations on the production floor.

This trainee role emphasizes 5S, data analysis in Excel, and strong communication as you attend daily meetings and present weekly progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Basic understanding of Semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Wet etch and cleaning processes.
• Mechanical and electrical systems sensors, actuators, pumps, valves, and motors; preventive maintenance concepts.
• Data analysis using Excel; basic troubleshooting methodology.
• Strong learning attitude and good communication skills.
• CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above.
• Strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing and maintenance engineering.
• Hands-on experience from university projects, competitions, or laboratories.
• Demonstrates initiative and ownership of tasks.
• Willing to work on the production floor and interact with technicians and engineers.
