Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Kulim, Malaysia, is offering an Industrial Trainee - Production Logistics Planning within its Manufacturing and Operations team. The role focuses on scheduling, tracking output, and coordinating with the operations team to manage variances.

You will gain hands-on experience with SAP and Tableau in a high-tech semiconductor environment, contributing to decarbonization and digitalization efforts while building a foundation for a career in supply chain and production

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT Decision Science related studies is required.
• Strong team player and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Tableau and experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
• CGPA of at least 3.00.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly production schedules based on confirmed orders and delivery dates.
• Track daily/weekly production output and communicate variances with the operations team.
• Conduct basic capacity planning by analyzing forecasts and actual output; raise risks early.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Prepare weekly production schedules based on confirmed orders and customer delivery dates.
• Track daily/weekly production output against planned targets and work closely with operation team for variances. 3. Conduct basic capacity planning by analyzing VRFC (forecast) and actual output
• Communicate any delays or risks early to allow for corrective actions
