Job summary

Kingfisher HR Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager with a strong manufacturing background to lead our industrial relations strategy, employee relations and compliance. The role involves handling complex IR cases, managing union relations, advising senior management on employment law, and liaising with government bodies to strengthen governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Law or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR/IR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Strong manufacturing/industrial relations experience handling complex IR cases.
• Proven union management and collective bargaining experience.
• Strong knowledge of local employment and industrial relations legislation.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, advisory and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to relocate one hour from Klang Valley with accommodation.
• Local citizens only
• Able to speak Malay & English; Mandarin speaking would be an additional advantage
