Job summary

Syspex Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to drive materials handling and warehouse solutions for customers in Malaysia. You will develop new business and manage key accounts, promoting MHWS with a focus on delivering value.

You will collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and customer requirements, including maintaining a robust sales pipeline and following up with clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Experience dealing with contractors, architects, consultants, or industrial customers is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Promote Material Handling and Warehouse Solutions (MHWS) to customers.
• Support customers by understanding their operational needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Work closely with internal team to support project execution and customer requirements.
• Manage sales pipeline, customer follow-ups and business development activities.
