Job summary

Renesas is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You will lead productivity projects, optimize processes, and support layout improvements to enhance quality, cost, and delivery.

Key activities include eliminating waste, implementing standardization and poka-yoke, and identifying automation opportunities. You will prepare data-driven proposals and management reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of IE, Lean, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead productivity projects to eliminate waste and boost manufacturing efficiency.
• Improve workstation layouts, storage, and material flow for space and flow optimization.
• Drive standardization, poka-yoke, and automation opportunities to enhance performance.
• Prepare analyses, proposals, and management reports to support decisions.
