Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year in semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead productivity and continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste, optimize resource utilization, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and implement workstation, storage, and material flow improvements to maximize space utilization and production flow.
• Drive job simplification, process standardization, poka-yoke implementation, and automation opportunities to enhance operational performance.
• Prepare data analysis, improvement proposals, and management reports to support decision-making and business objectives.
