Qualifications

Job description

Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental (EHS) requirements and company procedures

Maintain update EHS and medical documentation

Coordinate with authorities and third parties during audits or inspections

Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

Provide first aid and medical assistance for workplace injuries or illnesses

Manage medical records, health facilities, first aid kits, and medical supplies

Coordinate employee medical check-ups and health-related training

Support emergency response planning and participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT)

Assist in EHS programs, campaigns, and reporting

Advise employees on workplace health and well-being

What you must have to apply:

• Must possess at least diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any field related to Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency experience/industrial Setting/Medical surgical background
• Registered nurse certified with Nursing Board
• First Aid and ERT experience is an added advantage
• Have good knowledge in Management System and EHS statutory requirements.
• Experienced with the ISO 45001, 14001, and RBA is an added advantage.
