Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Malaysia is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory equipment, ensuring reliable operations and minimizing downtime.

You will work with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, read diagrams, and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to uphold safety and SOP standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and factory facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and identify potential faults or breakdowns.
• Respond to machine breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Install, test, adjust, and commission machinery and equipment.
• Maintain and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, sensors, switches, and other industrial equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts, and equipment conditions.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to ensure smooth factory operations.
• Ensure maintenance work follows SOPs, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the maintenance area.

• Able to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery effectively.
