TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineer to establish IE systems for a new factory setup in Malaysia. You will support line layout planning, standard time definitions, capacity modeling and manpower planning to enable ramp-up, efficiency and cost targets.

Responsibilities include time studies, standard work, bottleneck analysis, Lean/Kaizen projects, and collaboration with ME, Production, Quality and Planning. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years IE or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience in new factory ramp-up is a plus.
• Strong IE methodology knowledge (time study, capacity, line balance).
• Proficient in Excel; SAP/MES knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and deploy IE systems for new factory setup.
• Support line layout, standard time definition, capacity and manpower modeling.
• Conduct time studies and motion studies on shopfloor.
• Establish standard work and standard time; perform capacity analysis.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen and IE improvement projects; support productivity improvement.
