Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; preferably IE/Finance related.
• 2–3 years IE/manufacturing analysis experience if non-fresh graduate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support factory manpower planning and cost control through data analysis and productivity improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize manpower utilization and efficiency.
• Establish standard manpower requirements for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze and control manufacturing labor costs to meet targets.
• Forecast manpower and labor costs from production orders and demand.
• Apply IE methods like line balancing, ECRS, and work study to boost performance.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management reviews.
• Work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
