Job summary

TF AMD Microelectronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Industrial Engineer, welcoming fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. The role involves learning processes, equipment, and labour requirements, while monitoring capacity, UPH, and performance.

You will support standard modeling, cost and capacity data analysis, RFQ coordination, and ongoing improvement programs using simulation to help maintain competitive manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Education in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience is not required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with processes, equipment, and labor/material requirements for each process step.
• Understand capacity and UPH of each workstation and monitor performance.
• Support establishment of standard models and monitor gaps against standards.
• Coordinate with team to ensure on-time RFQ delivery and meet customer needs.
• Contribute to cost reduction and capacity planning data collection and analysis.
• Define manufacturing standards through simulation and drive improvement programs.
