Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to support large-scale industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities. You will manage cost planning, procurement, commercial management and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in cost management within construction or industrial projects.
• Experience with CSA and/or MEP packages in complex construction projects.
• Experience in cost consultancy or professional services environment is highly preferred.
• Strong cost management, procurement, and contract administration knowledge.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary project scopes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, concept estimates and detailed cost plans.
• Develop construction budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct cost benchmarking and market analysis for industrial facilities.
• Perform value engineering to optimise project costs and buildability.
