Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive individual to support online sales, taking product photos, creating content, and promoting items across online platforms. You will meet customers, follow up with prospects, and assist in daily sales activities to reach targets.

Preference given to candidates with sales or online sales experience, strong customer service, and excellent communication in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
