Job summary

MyGift Universal Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales from our office/showroom in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on indoor sales with no outdoor travel.

You will liaise with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, meet monthly targets, and build strong client relationships. Fresh graduates welcome to apply; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

1–3 years of sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience.
Proficiency in Mandarin an added advantage to liaise with specific client segments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a proactive and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming sales inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp Business, and walk-in clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or solutions.
Prepare and issue formal quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by team.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Follow up promptly on outstanding quotations and convert leads into finalized sales.
