Job summary

Konfulon New Energy SDN.BHD is seeking a responsible Indoor Sales cum Admin to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will greet walk-in customers, introduce mobile phone accessories, assist with orders, quotations and invoices, and handle basic office administration.

You should be fluent in Malay and English, with good communication and customer service skills. Prior experience in sales, retail or admin is preferred, and knowledge of AutoCount is a plus. On-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, customer service or administration preferred.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer skills required; familiarity with Word and Excel helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the office.
• Introduce and recommend mobile phone accessories based on customer needs.
• Assist sales reps with sales orders, quotations and invoices.
• Enter daily sales and inventory data; support basic admin tasks.
• Perform admin duties using Word and Excel; file and document work.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to process orders smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Indoor Sales cum Admin to join our growing team. You will be responsible for serving walk-in customers, introducing our mobile phone accessories, assisting sales representatives with orders, and handling basic office administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at our office.

Introduce and recommend mobile phone accessories based on customers' needs.

Assist sales representatives with sales orders, quotations and invoices.

Assist with daily sales and inventory data entry.

Perform basic office administrative work using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Handle filing, printing, documentation and other basic office tasks.

Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.

About you

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Multi language ability is an added advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer skills are required.

Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience using AutoCount will be an advantage.

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service or administration is preferred.

Experience in the mobile phone accessories / electronics industry is an advantage.

Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.
