Job summary

AkzoNobel Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily inbound activities, including receiving, checking, storing, and safe handling of goods. This role focuses on accuracy and 5S practices to maintain inventory integrity.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, is forklift-certified, and can work rotating shifts. Basic computer skills and a safety-conscious mindset are required for our busy operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and warehouse activities.
• Willing to work rotation shift.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound receiving activities, including unloading and checking incoming goods.
• Verify physical goods against documents (PO, DO, packing list, shipment documents).
• Operate forklift for loading, unloading, put-away, picking, and stock movement.
• Ensure goods are stored in correct warehouse location and maintain stock arrangement.
• Assist with GR (Goods Receipt) preparation and handover to system processing.
• Perform physical stock checks and support stock counting and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure goods are handled safely to prevent damage during receiving and storage.
• Maintain 5S, warehouse safety and company procedures.
