Job summary

Hong Seng Assembly Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on technician to assist in testing and calibration for remanufacturing parts and to handle warranty claims. The role includes equipment monitoring, and preventive and breakdown maintenance for cranes, air compressors and forklifts, with final inspections before shipment.

Candidates with BEM certification are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply as the company explores new markets and solutions in commercial vehicle components.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Board of Engineers Malaysia Certificate (BEM).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist and participate in remanufacturing part testing and calibration process.
• Handle customer warranty claims.
• Control and monitor equipment and calibration.
• Plan and conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for crane, air compressor and forklift.
• Perform final inspection confirmation by checking chassis number, engine number, wheelbase and others before shipment.
• Update test reports for chassis, alternator, starter, turbocharger and brakes in the ITX system.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
