EDMI Electronics Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for an Assist Test Engineer to qualify testers and operators, and to repair and maintain equipment in our electronics manufacturing facility in Kulai, Johor.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent required.
Able to work long hours and shifts.
At least 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Assist Test Engineer to qualify testers and operators.
Repair testers, equipment and fixtures per fault logs and downtime system.
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on testers, fixtures, equipment, boards, and accessories.
Maintain safe, productive production area with adequate inventory.
Ensure cleanliness, safety and proper maintenance of equipment and work floor.
Identify and debug problems in equipment and implement solutions.
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
Set up production line with the team.
Conduct peer inspections on maintenance work.
Continue learning new debugging/maintenance knowledge from supervisor.
Complete required paperwork.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
