Job summary

You will handle patent-related matters, liaise with external counsel and patent agents, support corporate communications for annual reports and AGM materials, and contribute to sustainability

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound decision-making.
• Experience in governance, sustainability reporting and ESG considerations.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and managing legal risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR to ensure policy compliance and conduct training.
• Ensure timely renewal of patent applications and payments to patent agents.
• Draft and review commercial contracts and assist in negotiations.
• Coordinate IR/PR for investor relations and public communications.
• Gather evidence and liaise with external counsel for litigation support.
• Coordinate ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare content for Annual Report, AGM materials, and corporate communications.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks from CEO/COO and manage legal department budget.
