Job summary

Mondelēz International Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Import/Export Executive to manage end-to-end import and export planning operations. You will coordinate with suppliers, planners and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements like MITI submissions. You will consolidate reports and provide timely data to support management decisions in a dynamic FMCG

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in import/export, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics.
Experience in import/export operations and 3PL coordination.

Responsibilities

Cost Analysis – MITI Application Management.
Manage cost analysis submissions to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Shipping Documentation Verification for import/export, including K1 draft confirmation and related customs documents.
Finished Goods (FG) Import/Export Management and end-to-end execution monitoring.
Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and obtain timely clearance updates from logistics vendors.
Govern export bookings, optimise container utilisation and stock levels.
Oversee export documentation preparation by 3PL provider.
Monitor RM/PM import and ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with suppliers, planners and 3PL to ensure full end-to-end process adherence.
Consolidate and distribute regular reporting on all import/export activities for management visibility.
