Multi-Trans Sdn Bhd, a Port Klang–based logistics company, seeks an Import Coordinator with at least 2 years in Freight Forwarding/Logistics. You will handle tariff codes, licensing requirements, billing, and end‑to‑end shipment coordination.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, an outgoing attitude, and willingness to work in Port Klang, contributing to efficient customs clearance and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Experience & knowledgeable in custom tariff code, classification & declaration of goods.
• Understand import license requirements for import shipments.
• Qualifications in Transport & Logistics are required.

Responsibilities

• Register correct job scope for each shipment/work order in the system.
• Identify tariff codes, update workflow, do billing & costing, close jobs.
• Coordinate with Admin on D/O collection and liaise with sections for clearance.
• Prepare operation outlays' payment requests and verify supplier invoices.
