Job summary

Ericsson in Malaysia seeks a Deployment Specialist to lead SIP Life Cycle Management initiatives and manage deployment projects aligned with SF Planning and Engineering designs.

You will administer inventory, oversee end-user solution deployment, coordinate testing, and drive release plans while ensuring documentation accuracy and acceptance criteria are met.

Qualifications

Experience with deployment projects and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of end-user solution deployment and testing.
Familiarity with validation and change-management processes.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage our inventory database.
Oversee the deployment projects for end-user solutions.
Coordinate the execution of end-user solutions deployment.
Manage application testing and validation protocols.
Undertake performance testing and provide user acceptance testing support.
Spearhead development of deployment projects, including installation, release, integration, and test plans.
Submit Change Requests to Change Management and provide support for change analysis.
Coordinate and execute deployment activities ensuring release package integrity.
Manage "as-built" documentation and oversee deployment acceptance.
Responsible for deployment of new or enhanced interconnection routes.

Job description

Join us at Ericsson as a Deployment Specialist, a crucial role dedicated to the implementation and project management of non-product/product specific Strategy Infrastructure Product (SIP) Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities. You will be mandated with the task of new or enhanced product service and resource deployment in line with detailed project designs developed by our Service Function (SF) Planning and Engineering. Your work will be integral in factoring the specific needs of our Operators and customers.
