Qualifications

• Passionate about education and enjoys working with children.

• Able to guide primary school students following the Malaysian Chinese primary school (SJK(C)) curriculum.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with students, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise primary school students during after-school care and ensure they complete their daily homework.
• Guide students in understanding their homework and provide assistance when they encounter difficulties.
• Help students revise and reinforce what they have learned in school.
• Monitor students' learning progress, study habits and daily performance.
• Create a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
• Encourage students to develop discipline, independence and responsibility in their studies.
• Communicate appropriately with parents and colleagues regarding students' learning progress and needs.
• Assist with tuition classes or teaching duties when required, according to the centre's teaching arrangements.
