Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated teacher to guide primary school students with daily homework and tuition in core subjects. The role involves preparing materials, monitoring progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree (Education-related qualifications are an advantage).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese is an added advantage.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and enjoys working with children.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Teaching or tuition experience is preferred but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Guide primary school students with their daily homework.
• Conduct tuition classes for subjects such as Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics and/or Science.
• Prepare teaching materials and worksheets when required.
• Monitor students' academic progress and encourage them.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Communicate with parents about students' progress when necessary.
• Assist with classroom management and other centre activities.
