Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or early-career candidate in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Interested in gaining exposure to pharmaceutical commercial operations and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations, including quotations, documentation and administrative tasks.
• Assist Sales Lead in preparing sales reports and performance trackers.
• Coordinate sales meetings, team activities, event logistics and follow-up actions.
• Assist with brand campaigns, promotional materials and customer engagement activities when required.
