Job summary

Sanofi Malaysia is seeking a Senior Medical Sales Executive in Immunology to drive strategic engagement with healthcare professionals across Penang and Ipoh. You will promote immunology products, present clinical data, and tailor omnichannel customer journeys to foster loyalty and growth.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage a territory effectively. Extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry.
• Proven sales experience in immunology or specialty care is added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage territory and customer relationships.
• Proactive, goal-oriented with a transformative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager and Medical team to tailor customer journeys and execute omnichannel activities.
• Own and manage customer communication to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
• Update and manage CRM systems to optimize customer interaction and sales performance.
• Assist with metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.
