Job summary

Jora Malaysia is expanding with a new Sales position in Kuala Lumpur to drive growth in the dental and healthcare sector. You will visit clients, manage orders, and provide product advice while building strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

The role requires good English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will enjoy allowances, commissions, and benefits as part of a growing multinational team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or dental industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute action plans, including client visits and order management to meet sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customer accounts in dental clinics, hospitals, dental schools, and healthcare institutions.
• Provide professional product advice and customer support.
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure prompt delivery and payment processing.
• Manage account receivables and support internal relationship-building efforts with key customers.
• Continuously improve sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
