Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a committed nurse aide to provide basic nursing care in accordance with hospital policies. You will coordinate with ward staff and assist patients with daily living tasks while ensuring patient safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities include regular rounds, reporting incidents to the nursing leadership, and helping maintain ward cleanliness and stock levels. On-the-job training is provided and hospital experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia is required.
• Certified healthcare assistants would be a priority.
• Experience in hospital setting is advantageous.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing care according to nursing services policies.
• Coordinate with ward team and assist in patient care.
• Liaise with Nurse In-Charge on incidences and reporting.
• Conduct regular rounds and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of ward supplies.
• Participate in safety, infection control, and safety compliance.
