Responsibilities

• Setup ICT test systems for product lines and track project budget.
• Deliver test systems on time according to project milestones.
• Support production line for machine breakdowns.
• Participate in project meetings to clarify plant/production requirements on test systems.
• Implement full tests according to PAV-defined procedures, ensuring alignment and calibration processes are followed.
• Support production line for machine breakdowns and operational performance targets.
• Participate in daily and project meetings to monitor test-related operational issues.
• Upgrade software to latest DUT software or supplier machine firmware.
• Analyze MIS data and coordinate improvement activities for test time reduction and machine efficiency.
• Engage early in new model concept discussions with CoC and TEF7 for smooth project setup after SOP.
• Train and coach maintenance teams to handle test system breakdowns effectively and maintain operation OEE targets (MTTR, MWT, MTBF).
• Propose preventive maintenance plans and analyze breakdown causes to ensure machine performance stability.
• Perform any other TEF7 related duties assigned.

Join Robert Bosch (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as an ICT Test Engineer to manage ICT test systems, ensure on-time delivery, and support production line efficiency.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Setup ICT test systems for product lines based on PAV from CoC team, tracking project budget and ensuring equipment cost within plan.
• Deliver test systems on time according to project milestones, managing equipment, hardware interface, and mechanical jig and fixture purchase.
• Release test systems following Test System Release Procedure.
• Participate in project meetings to clarify plant/production requirements on test systems.
• Implement full tests according to PAV-defined procedures, ensuring alignment and calibration processes are followed.
• Support production line for machine breakdowns and operational performance targets.
• Participate in daily and project meetings to monitor test-related operational issues.
