Job summary

Kaifa Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia's Penang region is seeking a hands-on electronics technician to support ICT in-circuit test and FCT functional tester troubleshooting and maintenance. You'll read schematics, diagnose issues, and provide fast feedback to production and engineering on process rejects.

You will operate oscilloscopes and related test equipment and share debug knowledge with the shift team.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ work experience in the electronic manufacturing industry.
Experience with management systems and the operation process of this work management.
Ability to work in a group to achieve the production plan on shift basis.

Responsibilities

Support test equipment ICT In-circuit test and FCT functional tester trouble shooting and maintenance.
Reads and analyzes schematic diagrams, circuit descriptions and similar technical information.
Support in ICT & FCT debug WIPs and RMA WIPs clearance.
Technical assistance to production group for part device confirmation and checking.
Fast respond on real time feedback to the production and engineering on all process related rejects.
Operates electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and special tests as required.
To share debug experience knowledge to others, shift technician team member.
Good knowledge of Electronic components application and functions.
