Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior/Associate in Technology Consulting - Identity & Access Management to join our IAM team in Malaysia. You will work with client teams to design, implement and deliver identity-powered solutions across industries, balancing governance, security and user experience.

The role involves contributing to all phases of the project life cycle, building technical capabilities, and supporting client service delivery while staying current with IAM trends and innovative technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in information security or IT, preferably in a business consulting role.
Experience in client service delivery and managing multiple engagements.
Interest in information security and IAM.
Certifications such as CISSP and/or CISM are an added advantage.
Optional: Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) knowledge.

Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the system development life cycle, including requirements, design, development and deployment.
Design system components to support modular architecture and access control functions.
Independently design, code and test features and collaborate with team members.
Support implementation, configuration and enhancement of IAM solutions based on requirements.
Assist with onboarding, user provisioning and access governance activities.
Prepare technical documentation and project deliverables.
Research new technologies aligned with business objectives and IAM trends.
Continuously develop technical skills and expand knowledge.
