Job summary

EY Malaysia is seeking a Manager for the Customer Consulting team to help clients transform their businesses and optimise customer experience. You will lead multi-disciplinary project teams, shape strategic direction, and deliver complex workstreams across the project lifecycle, from strategy through execution.

You will coach and develop team members, manage senior client stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of transformation outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 6–12 years of working experience in problem-solving and project management.
• Experience in business consulting and transformation projects.
• Familiarity with customer strategy, service design, business transformation, operating model design or process improvement would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and workstreams comprising EY and client resources, delivering outcomes on time and budget.
• Coach junior team members and build high-performing project teams.
• Develop trusted client relationships and lead executive-level discussions and workshops.
• Shape operating models, future-state design, process redesign and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive customer transformation programs including strategy, journey design, and service improvements.
• Oversee governance, risk management, issue resolution and executive reporting.
