AIA Malaysia seeks a seasoned IAM leader to develop and execute the Identity & Access Management strategy, governance and operating model. You will steer the program across workforce, third-party and machine identities, aligning with regulatory and Group requirements.

Lead a capable IAM team and collaborate with Technology, Risk, Audit and the Business to embed IAM across identity governance, access management and authentication domains.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years experience in identity security or infrastructure security.
• 3+ years in IAM management or team leadership.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP advantageous.
• Experience in regulated environments or financial services preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain the enterprise IAM strategy, target-state architecture and roadmap.
• Lead IAM governance, operating model and service ownership across Technology and Business.
• Manage identity lifecycle: joiners, movers and leavers including non-human identities.
• Oversee access reviews and privileged access recertification processes.
• Ensure MFA, SSO, federation and passwordless capabilities are implemented.
• Coordinate risk, compliance, audit and assurance activities in IAM.
