OCBC Malaysia is seeking an Experienced Team Lead to oversee the automation and delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) within our IAM program. You will lead a team of analysts, define the IGA automation roadmap, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful delivery of onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, and RBAC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project delivery role.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, access certification, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Preferred: CISSP, CISM, or vendor IAM certifications.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM) and DevSecOps practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of analysts to deliver IGA automation and project initiatives.
• Define and drive the IGA automation roadmap aligned with IAM strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment and successful delivery.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IGA projects including onboarding/offboarding automation, access reviews, RBAC, and policy enforcement.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure milestone delivery.
• Design and implement automation workflows for identity lifecycle management.
• Integrate with IAM platforms and enterprise systems (AD, HRMS, ITSM).
• Ensure scalability, reliability and security of automation solutions.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and audit documentation.
