Job summary

Nufarm Malaysia is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our Global Enterprise IT team. You will support day-to-day IAM operations, joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, and ensure secure, timely provisioning across enterprise systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, and the ability to work with stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and/or identity and access management.
• Understanding of Joiner–Mover–Leaver lifecycle.
• Experience with AD and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of access management and user provisioning principles.
• Experience resolving identity and access incidents or requests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented handling of user access and sensitive data.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, application owners, IT teams, and external partners.
• Strong documentation and process-improvement capabilities.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and core business applications.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and LDAP queries.
• Understanding of governance, access reviews, compliance, and audit processes.
• Experience using ITSM tools for incidents and service requests.
• Experience working with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational IAM support across enterprise systems and core business applications.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, roles, and access within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Execute Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes accurately and timely.
• Provision, modify, and remove user access based on approved business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents and service requests.
• Manage IAM tickets through IT Service Management tools with complete records.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams with clear information.
• Support periodic access reviews, identity governance activities, and audits.
• Contribute to IAM process improvements, documentation, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IAM Lead, global IT teams, vendors, and end users.
• Protect sensitive identity information with high confidentiality and compliance.
