Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Administrative Officer to ensure health and safety compliance, monitor factory hygiene, supervise cleaning staff, and coordinate training.

You will coordinate with QA and production to meet safety standards, prepare audit documents, and manage various certifications. The role also involves maintaining compliance records and leading hygiene improvements across the facility.

• Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Assist application processes and audits for certifications such as KKM, MESTI, HALAL, JKKP, and HACCP.
• Maintain up-to-date compliance records and ensure timely renewals and regulatory adherence.
• Inspect and monitor factory cleanliness and hygiene.
• Implement hygiene best practices and update procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and schedule cleaning staff and assign tasks to ensure complete factory coverage.
• Arrange and manage hygiene training courses for relevant employees.

Job description

The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring operational compliance with health and safety regulations, compliance, monitoring factory hygiene, overseeing cleaning staff, and coordinating health and safety training.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with quality assurance and production teams to ensure all processes meet required safety and quality standards

Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits and compliance reviews

Assist the application processes and audits for certifications such as KKM, MESTI, HALAL certification, JKKP, and HACCP

Maintain up-to-date records related to HR Dept of all compliance documentation and ensure timely renewals and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements

Regularly inspect and monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the factory premises

Implement hygiene best practices and update procedures as needed to meet regulatory requirements

Address any hygiene-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff to ensure thorough cleanliness of the factory

Schedule cleaning shifts and assign specific tasks to cleaning personnel, ensuring all areas of the factory are adequately covered

Arrange and manage the scheduling of typhoid and food handling training courses for all relevant employees
