Job summary

VNM Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to join our design team. You will carry out detailed analysis and design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works, and prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities’ submissions.

The role uses a hybrid work arrangement with remote work primarily from home; travel locally and overseas may be required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with Mandarin and English proficiency to communicate with

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong fundamentals in geotechnical and structural analysis/design.
• Knowledge of design/drafting software such as Autocad, Staad Pro, Plaxis, Prota, Tedds.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed analysis and design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works.
• Prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities' submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors for projects.
• From time to time undertake duties outside the normal employment and overseas assignments.
