Job summary

multi color corp in Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Leader to guide and deliver initiatives within its Shared Services Centre. You will own end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and continuous improvement, with a blended on-site and remote collaboration environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting or related field.
• 6+ years working experience in a related field; shared services experience preferred.
• Experience in project work such as finance transformation, system implementation or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Lead and deliver e-Invoicing implementation projects, including regulatory compliance, system integration and testing.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
