Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, customer insights, or related areas.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Workday, Cornerstone, Cisco) and data viz tools.
• Strong storytelling and communication to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Support development of metrics and sensing framework for P&C, including KPI and metrics definition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze customer feedback data.
• Create and maintain process-related metrics and KPIs connecting feedback with performance.
• Partner to drive self-service ecosystem for customer insights accessibility.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for process enhancement.
• Develop strategies to capture feedback from various channels.
• Continuously refine customer experience metrics to align with business needs.
