AIA Shared Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia (Putrajaya) is recruiting a Medical Claims Assessor open to MLT/MLS or Fresh Graduates to join our claims team.

You will assess and pay outpatient and inpatient claims for Group Policy Holders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with providers and brokers. Training will be provided; a 1-day work-from-home option per week is available and the office is located at IOI Tower 1, Putrajaya.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of medical terminologies and procedures.
• Fresh graduates welcomed to apply.
• Junior Medical Lab Technologists welcomed; training provided.

Mansioni

• Assess and pay outpatient and inpatient hospitalisation claims for Group Policy Holders.
• Analyze and verify medical billing information with healthcare providers and brokers.
• Meet quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmarks.
• Assist team on general administration and special tasks as required.
