Job summary

Siemens Energy Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an experienced EHS Manager to shape safety culture across Malaysia, advising business leaders and leading major EHS programs in line with global standards.

You will drive incident prevention, RCA, audits, and risk assessments while partnering with stakeholders and ensuring compliance. A clear leadership path and opportunities in the Gas Services organization are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) or related.
• DOSH Safety and Health Officer (SHO) certification.
• 15+ years EHS experience with leadership in energy/power or oil & gas.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen EHS initiatives and culture across Malaysia.
• Drive incident management, RCA, corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Partner with stakeholders, project teams, contractors, and regulators.
• Plan internal audits, inspections and close audit findings promptly.
• Facilitate risk assessments and guidance on hazard identification and mitigation.
• Lead EHS training and competency development across teams.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
