Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. seeks an Environmental Health and Safety professional to lead company-wide EHS programs at the Penang site.

The role focuses on compliance, training, incident investigation and regulatory liaison to prevent incidents and safeguard employees and the environment. The successful candidate will manage hazard assessments, regulatory documentation, and ISO-related audits while collaborating with operations to improve safety performance in a semiconductor manufacturing

Qualifications

• Registered Safety & Health officer.
• Lead auditor or internal auditor of ISO14001 & ISO45001 management system.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with state and local EHS regulations.
• Interface with government authorities for licensing, audits and inspections.
• Develop and maintain EHS programs, checklists, chemical safety data sheets and related documents.
• Partner with site operations to achieve EHS goals and performance.
• Lead Safety Committee meetings and drive safety initiatives.
• Ensure training on Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Electrical Safety and Ergonomics.
