Job summary
Wild Tech seeks a Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Solution Architect to design fit-for-purpose ERP solutions for Malaysia/Singapore clients. You will lead workshops, translate requirements into blueprints, and guide implementation with delivery teams.
The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing optimization, and adherence to best practices while leveraging Microsoft technologies across Finance, Supply Chain, and related services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification required.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification preferred.
- Professional association membership is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to capture requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional designs and solution blueprints.
- Configure and guide implementation of Finance and SCM modules, incl. testing and cutover readiness.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure data flows between Dynamics 365 and related systems.
- Provide functional leadership across multi-phase ERP programmes and manage risks.
- Develop functional design documentation including FRDs, BPMLs, and training content.
- Support pre-sales activities with solution architecture and demonstrations.
- Handover knowledge to Managed Services post go-live.
