Job summary

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a graduate/early-career candidate to join the IT Business Intelligence Development team. The role focuses on supporting FICO/Planning reporting, developing dashboards, and assisting in testing and data validation.

You will work in a hybrid model (50% on site) in Malaysia, with opportunities to learn modern BI tooling and financial planning concepts in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Finance/Controlling (FICO) or financial planning concepts would be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support FICO and Planning related reporting and analytics activities.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of reports, dashboards, and planning solutions.
• Support the adoption and testing of new reporting and planning tools.
• Participate in functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparation of test cases and documentation of results.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue analysis during project and testing phases.
