Job summary

United Straits M & E Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems for commercial buildings. You will work on AHU, FCU, split units, cooling towers, pumps and control systems, conducting preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience, can work independently with minimal supervision, and communicates in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HVAC or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Carry out monthly preventive maintenance on AHU, FCU, split units, cooling towers, pumps and control systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Keep daily logs and records; provide warranty services.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and any other related duties as required.
