Qualifications

• 2-5 years' hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance (HVAC, pumps, exhaust).
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals, maintenance schedules, and drawings.
• Experience in a shift-based 24/7 operation.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, cooling towers).
• Execute scheduled PM activities on HVAC, pumps, exhaust, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and repair components to restore operation.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and incident logs.
• Support safety, compliance, and reporting in line with EHS policies.
