Job summary

MST Facilities Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah, is hiring a Facilities Project Engineer – HVAC/M&E to lead HVAC/M&E projects across Kulim and nearby sites. You will coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, support site teams, and help improve energy efficiency and reliability.

The role requires reading drawings, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safety compliance. Fresh graduates encouraged; 2–5 years' relevant experience preferred in HVAC/M&E, facilities or project

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in HVAC/engineering with relevant experience.
2–5 years in HVAC, M&E, facilities or project engineering preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and monitor HVAC and M&E projects across Kulim and other sites.
Provide technical support to site teams for HVAC, electrical and utilities.
Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
Review drawings, specs and schedules for projects.
Supervise contractors and ensure safety and compliance.
Prepare progress and technical reports; improve energy efficiency.
