Job summary

MST Facilities Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a hands-on Facilities Project Engineer for HVAC/M&E to lead projects across multiple industrial facilities. You will coordinate site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, on-schedule delivery of HVAC and M&E projects, with hands-on troubleshooting and long-term reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma holders with HVAC/M&E project experience.
• Experience in HVAC/M&E projects preferred.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor HVAC/M&E projects across Kulim and sites.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules and quotations.
• Provide technical support to site teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
• Monitor progress, cost and quality.
• Travel between assigned sites.
