Job summary

MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facilities Project Engineer – HVAC/M&E to support multiple industrial sites in Kulim, Kedah. You will handle HVAC and M&E project engineering, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with site teams, managers, contractors and customers to ensure safe, timely, and compliant project delivery.

The role combines project planning, site coordination, testing, commissioning and handover with hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

Degree holders with HVAC/M&E, facilities or project engineering experience.
Experience in coordinating equipment installation, testing and handover.
Familiarity with electrical distribution, pumps, cooling systems and control concepts.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and monitor HVAC and M&E projects across Kulim and other sites.
Provide technical and operational support to site teams on HVAC, mechanical, electrical and utility systems.
Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.
Review requirements, drawings, quotations, schedules and specifications.
Monitor progress, quality, cost and schedule.
Troubleshoot system faults and propose corrective actions.
Support maintenance activities when required.
Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal teams.
Supervise site works and ensure safety and compliance.
Prepare progress and technical reports and handover documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
