Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. is an energy solutions provider hiring a Mechanical Engineer to conduct site assessments and optimise cooling systems across chiller plants, AHUs, pumps and EMS.

The role emphasizes practical, field-based problem solving and close collaboration with clients and project teams. You will evaluate energy upgrades, support pre-sales activities, and help deliver EPCC projects while ensuring performance and compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in HVAC, mechanical engineering, building services or cooling systems.
• Hands-on experience with chiller plants, cooling systems and/or BMS, including installation, commissioning or optimisation.
• Experience delivering or supporting EPCC projects involving cooling or mechanical systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller plants, HVAC systems, cooling equipment and building management systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging clients, contractors and project teams.
• Commercially aware, organised and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Cooling-as-a-Service, performance-based contracts or zero-capex models is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing chiller, HVAC and energy systems, identify inefficiencies and potential upgrade opportunities.
• Evaluate suitability of sites for zero-capex Cooling-as-a-Service or other delivery models.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales activities, including preparing technical scopes, equipment schedules, calculations and concept proposals.
• Participate in client meetings and discussions, translating technical solutions into clear and practical recommendations.
• Support the delivery of chiller plant and cooling system EPCC projects, coordinating with project managers, contractors, suppliers and M&E consultants.
• Oversee installation, commissioning and performance verification of chillers, AHUs, pumps, EMS and related cooling systems.
• Develop and execute Measurement & Verification (M&V) plans, analysing BMS, meter and sensor data to validate system performance.
• Monitor project progress, technical requirements and system performance to ensure solutions meet project and contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical templates, calculation tools, engineering documentation and internal project standards.
• Contribute technical knowledge and support the training and onboarding of future engineering team members.
• Perform other ad-hoc technical and project-related duties as assigned.
